The Property Tax Due Date is 4:30 p.m. on July 2nd of each year.  If July 2nd falls on a non-business day, the due date will be the next business day.  Late Payments will receive a 10% penalty on any outstanding balance - including any unclaimed Provincial Home Owner Grant.  Post Marks are not accepted.

Gross Property Taxes include your annual water, sewer, and refuse collection user fees if you receive these services from the municipality.  If you are not offered these services from the municipality, you do not pay for them.
